I am happy to share, that eating from the cabinets last month went well, but now it is time to restock. Due to the amount of groceries we purchased this weekend, three carts at Save-a-lot alone, we are sharing our stock up trip in a separate post tomorrow.
We do have multiple out of town appointments, so this week is full of quick, easy to make meals that even the kids can help with. We also began sharing the “alternative” items my food intolerant family members are enjoying in place of our main and side dishes. We are also taking three weeks off from babysitting, and can have a bit more give in our breakfast/lunch/snack plan.
